EnergizeMe Fitness was developed by the team at Living Energy Pilates and Exercise Physiology. For over 14 years Rafael and the team at Living Energy Pilates and Exercise Physiology have been delivering fun, challenging Pilates and functional fitness workouts for their dedicated clients.

 

We produced a range of online classes during the pandemic to keep our wonderful clients happy and healthy.  EnergizeMe Fitness is the online community for the videos we have created and are continuing to produce. Since our humble beginnings we have created over 300 fitness videos for you to enjoy. We will continue to add new videos each week. Our online community is growing rapidly and we would love to share our knowledge and experience and the journey with you. 

Our 15 to 30 minute classes include :

  • 20 to 30 min HIIT Classes : Resistance Band, Body Weight or Total Body

  • 30 min Reformer Pilates : Functional Strength or Tone and Sculpt

  • 30 min Pilates Mat : Essentials, Intermediate

  • 30 min Pilates Equipment : Circle, Fit Ball, Resistance Band, Foam Roller

  • 15 min Strong to the Core 

  • 15 to 30 min Yoga : Yoga Flow, Dynamic Yoga Stretch,

  • 20 min Guided Meditation,

  • 30 min Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates,

  • 30 min Senior Adult Classes : Active Aging

  • 30 min Stretch and Release

  • 30 min Seated Exercise

Meet The Team

Rafael Merino

Rafael is an Exercise Physiologist and has been teaching Pilates since 2002. Rafael loves to develop core strength combined with functional conditioning, and stimulating adaptation through challenge and novelty. Rafael teaches the full range of Pilates classes, Yoga, Active Aging and HIIT classes

Sophie Hart

Sophie is an Exercise Physiologist and joined the team in 2018. Sophie specialises in teaching Pilates Mat and Equipment classes and also the Active Aging classes. 

Maja Lund Loekkegaard

Maja is a Pilates Instructor and has been teaching since 2017. Maja has an extensive background in Ballet and Dance. Maja also maintains a daily Meditation practice. Maja teaches Pilates Mat class, Conditioning for Dance and Meditation.
